The ozone sauna offers steam therapy like a conventional sauna promoting sweating and detoxification. It also has infrared which helps with pain relief and ozone (O3). So, you experience three therapies in a 30 minute session.

Ozone therapy has been used for decades to promote healing, kill pathogens and improve overall health. Ozone is nature’s way of detoxing and purifying the environment. The sauna exposes you to ozone in a safe and controlled environment allowing the ozone to be absorbed by your skin.
